Kristi is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Consumer Products (CP) practice where she leads the Trade Promotion Management and Demand Synchronization market offering. Kristi is also a member of Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations practice where she serves as the regional service line leader for the Strategy Practice in the U.S. Central Region.
Kristi focuses on helping companies grow and enhance market share by optimizing their trade promotions, developing winning Sales and Account Plans and aligning the planning and execution processes across Marketing, Sales and Finance. Kristi works closely with leading Consumer Products companies to help them address their most challenging issues in the areas of Trade Strategy, Integrated Commercial Planning, Trade Promotion Management Process Design and System Implementation and the integration of Sales Promotion Plans into the Supply Chain through the Demand Synchronization process.
Kristi’s recent work has focused on resolving the complexity and unlocking the value associated with the design and implementation of Trade Promotion processes and systems on a global scale. Using this insight, Kristi has co-authored Deloitte’s innovative Points of View on Global Trade Promotion Management and Trade Promotion Optimization. Kristi is also one of the architects of Deloitte’s leading SAP TPM pre-configured solution, which is used to accelerate the implementation timeline and benefit delivery of Trade Promotions Management transformation programs.
Kristi earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with high honors and her undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Illinois.
