CDC Information Management Services (CIMS) IDIQ

The CDC Information Management Services (CIMS) Contract is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a broad range of information technology services to support the global health mission of the CDC. The Contractor, acting as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the government, shall furnish all materials, personnel, facilities, support and management necessary to provide the services as set forth below in accordance with the Statement of Work. The following NAICS codes have been designated for this RFP:

  •  Information Management Services:  541512 ($25 million size standard)
  •  IT Infrastructure:  541512 ($25 million size standard)
  • Management Consulting:  541611 ($7 million size standard)

The scope of this contract covers the breadth of IT services including but not limited to the domains below:

  • Information Management:  Planning, design, development, maintenance, engineering, integration, and retirement of information systems.
  • Management Consulting:  Broad consulting services including business analysis; business case development; performance management; process improvement; business process reengineering; decision support and analytics; program vulnerability and risk assessment; continuity of operations planning; project and program management; capital planning and portfolio assessment; enterprise architecture; strategic planning; organizational study and design; transformation and change management; human capital and workforce analysis; training; communications; and governance support.
