Daryl Jackson has served as the Postal Industry Segment Leader for a major domestic postal industry organization since 2006. During this time with Deloitte, he has worked closely with most of the senior executives at this client in areas of finance, sales strategy, security and business improvement.
Key accomplishments examples
- Daryl has been involved in significant financial process reengineering efforts for the client. The process improvement work identified multiple opportunities for savings and process improvement including an enhanced budget process.
- Working with Deloitte’s security and privacy group, Daryl has been involved Deloitte’s program management oversight for employee and contractor badging and credentials for his client.
- Most recently, Daryl has worked with Deloitte teams delivering sales strategy, sustainability metric reporting and analysis, bulk mail entry unit optimization and product standard cost accounting services for the client.
