Key Accomplishments
Caroline McGlashan experience extends to both private and public sectors. Caroline has extensive experience in project management both by managing large scale information technology projects as well as directing multiple projects at the same time. Most recently, she worked in a major government business enterprise across a variety of projects including retail segmentation and product strategy, costing and profitability integration and new market entry strategy.
Key Areas
During her time at Deloitte, Caroline has worked primarily in the public sector in a number of roles including operational improvement, corporate strategy development, business process re-engineering and change management. For a major Government Business Enterprise, Caroline has directed a number of important projects. To support the Costing and Profitability Integration, her team developed an over-arching framework for the entire enterprise, comprising postal, retail and logistics activities. To support Retail Segmentation and Products, she led a project that reviewed a sub-segment of the retail store network to determine how stores should be segments, how products should be ranged and the evaluation of alternative channels to meet community service obligations.
