The Postal Program Management Office (PMO)
Chief Executive Officers (CXO’s) today have a vision for attaining goals and achieving success. However, acting on that vision at an operational level remains challenging. Deloitte has developed a postal Program Management Office (PMO) process that provides true enterprise-level portfolio management to help postal management achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes and methods across the organization to better manage large, integrated programs.
