The Postal Program Management Office (PMO)

Chief Executive Officers (CXO’s) today have a vision for attaining goals and achieving success.  However, acting on that vision at an operational level remains challenging.  Deloitte has developed a postal Program Management Office (PMO) process that provides true enterprise-level portfolio management to help postal management achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes and methods across the organization to better manage large, integrated programs.

Deloitte has established the PMO process at one of the world’s leading postal operators and has also provided components of the process at many major postal operators around the globe.

Our postal leaders for this effort are Edward Panzarella and Edward Van Buren.
