During the past six years, he has worked closely with senior executives on topics including financial and operational controls, retail, business and IT strategy, security, and overall business process improvement. In addition to his role in the United States, he actively supports Deloitte’s global postal industry efforts abroad in Europe, Canada, Asia-Pacific and Australia.

Ed Panzarella has over 27 years’ experience managing large, complex programs that deliver critical mission capabilities. He has extensive experience in the areas of project management, procurement management, supply chain management, organizational redesign, process improvement, engineering management, and strategic planning. At a leading postal operator, he implemented supply chain management concepts (using FFP contracts) to integrate the postal operator’s processes with their major customers (prominent telecommunications companies) to improve processing times as well as reducing costs. Caroline McGlashan’s experience extends to both private and public sectors. Caroline has extensive experience in project management both by managing large scale information technology projects as well as directing multiple projects at the same time. Most recently, she worked in a major government business enterprise across a variety of projects including retail segmentation and product strategy, costing and profitability integration and new market entry strategy.
During her time at Deloitte, Caroline has worked primarily in the public sector in a number of roles including operational improvement, corporate strategy development, business process re-engineering and change management. For a major Government Business Enterprise, Caroline has directed a number of important projects. To support the Costing and Profitability Integration, her team developed an over-arching framework for the enterprise, comprising postal, retail and logistics activities.
