Meet Edward Panzarella

Ed Panzarella is a Director with over 27 years experience managing large, complex programs that deliver critical mission capabilities. He has extensive experience in the areas of project management, procurement management, supply chain management, organizational redesign, process improvement, engineering management, and strategic planning. At a leading postal operator, he implemented supply chain management concepts (using FFP contracts) to integrate the postal operator’s processes with their major customers (prominent telecommunications companies) to improve processing times as well as reducing costs. His knowledge has been successfully applied to commercial and public sector projects to implement fundamental mission changes.
Ed’s communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills have been tested and refined through numerous challenges such as Congressional liaison, negotiations with international organizations, and the successful execution of large, complex programs. He is a certified Federal Acquisition Professional, Level III (Highest), in Program Management and Systems Planning, Research, Development & Engineering with other certifications in Logistics. Ed is also a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Ed is one of the core managers of our Enterprise Program Management Office efforts that involve multiple Non-IT and IT engagements supporting mailing, logistics, operations, marketing and engineer systems.
