Nathan Houser is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Federal Government technology practice and is the Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He also leads the Federal Systems Integration practice which includes advisory and implementation services associated with end-user applications ranging from overall strategy and architecture through to implementation, including program management and integration of solutions and major programs.
He has many years of previous experience leading and managing large-scale, public sector transformation programs with governments around the world – including US federal, state, and local governments, as well as internationally. In this capacity, Nathan has managed the full life-cycle of transformation activities from organizational design and strategic planning through to the development and implementation of large package or custom-developed technology solutions.
Nathan received both his M.S. degree in Public Policy and Management and his B.S. in Civil Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. He resides in northern Virginia with his wife and their twins.
