Paul Littmann is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Federal Government technology practice. In this capacity, he leads technology solution development, execution, and new business development across the following agencies: the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs & Border Protection (CBP), & the United States Secret Service (USSS). Paul also leads technology innovation for the Federal Government practice.
Over his 20 years in consulting, Paul has led many large technology implementations within the intelligence community and the Department of Defense. Prior to supporting Federal projects, Paul worked for several years as a commercial technology consultant delivering large global implementations.
Paul received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and his Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology. Paul is also a Certified Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) professional. He resides in Arlington, VA with his wife and their two daughters.
