Meet Jim T. Hagy
Director, Deloitte Consulting LLP, Department of Defense Human Capital practice
Jim leads Deloitte Consulting’s Department of Defense (“DoD”) Human Capital practice. He has nearly 20 years of public and private sector experience related to business transformation, strategic change, organization design, and human capital management.
Jim works with business and government leaders to develop strategy and execute complex change management programs, including large scale human capital programs. His clients span the U.S. national defense apparatus, armed forces, intelligence and other government agencies. He also serves companies in the federal civilian, high tech, health care, chemicals, energy, retail, and wireless sectors.
With experience in 10 countries around the world, Jim has applied change solutions at all levels and functional areas of organizations and managed change globally. His change management experience includes human capital management, strategy, business transformation, systems implementation, business process reengineering, organizational design, marketing, workforce planning, IT strategy and capital planning, and shared services and outsourcing.
Jim holds a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from the College of William and Mary’s Mason School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and History from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
