Going on Offense: Building a Cyber-secure Federal Workforce


By focusing on the development of a cyber-secure workforce, we believe agency leaders will be able to enhance their strategic plans with cybersecurity objectives and measure organizational performance against these objectives. Strong training initiatives will impact the workforce directly by linking cyber awareness to individual performance reviews and financial rewards at each level of the organization. Through collaborative information sharing across agencies, we believe leaders will be able to develop sound governance policies that enable security, transparency, and inter-agency communication.
