Financial and Grants Management SystemsEmerging Markets practice |
Improving transparency, accountability, and proper management of public resources is a critical component of successful health programming for many developing countries. Globally recognized for our financial management consulting services, Deloitte assists governments in their efforts to strengthen financial management systems, facilitating an efficient, timely and transparent allocation of resources.
We also work with governments and donors to facilitate the management of grants for health programs. One tool we employ is our Grants Management Information System (GMIS), a customized tool designed to meet the specific needs of donor-funded development projects. A localized and low-cost web-based solution that can easily be adopted by users with low technical literacy, GMIS supports grant application, execution, administration and reporting.
Deloitte is committed to helping health organizations in their efforts to implement reforms across the full range of finance functions to meet the challenge of responding to critical performance and financial accountability standards.
