Kimberly Switlick-Prose has extensive experience in global health and development. She works with developing country counterparts and clients to effectively use scarce resources within the healthcare system, developing policies and programs to improve equity and access to healthcare among the poor and disadvantaged.
Kimberly specifically works in the areas of health financing and insurance, resource tracking (e.g., National Health Accounts) and capacity building, as well as in the thematic areas of reproductive health, maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, and neglected tropical diseases.
At Deloitte Consulting, Kimberly has been leading health financing efforts to help countries design, implement and scale-up effective health insurance mechanisms. She also works with countries to help integrate key priority services into insurance mechanisms, such as maternal and child health services and HIV/AIDS.
