Nell Todd has over 12 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, project and financial management, and policy analysis. She has worked with various government agencies in the U.S. and abroad. Nell has demonstrated experience working with a federal procurement agency to help transform the way it provides services to its customers. She has also worked with a client to help review management processes related to Iraq relief and reconstruction, capturing lessons learned and developing strategic recommendations to help improve the management of international contingency operations. Nell has managed several multi-million dollar international democracy and governance-related development projects.
Nell has an M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana.
