Tina Mendelson has 15 years of experience managing projects for multiple donor and public sector clients in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East, applying her skills in strategy and business transformation, sustainability, and financial and performance management.
Tina has designed and implemented solutions aimed at increasing country- and industry-level competitiveness, focusing on investment and export promotion, business enabling environment reforms, public private partnerships and corporate social sustainability. She has experience driving results across different sectors, including agricultural, tourism, apparel, transport and logistics, and information, communications and technology (ICT) by connecting companies to high-value markets. Under Tina’s leadership of a recent donor-funded project in Georgia, the project facilitated USD 234 million of foreign and domestic investment, USD 155 in export increases, and 7,050 new jobs.
Tina also advised different ministries and central banks in Central and Eastern Europe on privatization, public expenditure transparency, private sector development and bank restructuring activities. Tina is a media commentator and a frequent presenter at conferences on competitiveness and public private partnership topics.
