Hilary Mclellan has more than 13 years of experience in the democracy and governance sector with experience in financial management, decentralization, intergovernmental transfers, taxation, asset management, local economic growth, and service delivery.
Hilary has more than seven years of project management experience including serving as Deputy Chief of Party on two international development projects. Her geographical experience includes almost four years in the Balkans, nine years in Central Asia, and short-term technical assistance in South Sudan.
