Sheri Pitigala is an international economist with 14 years of experience in providing technical assistance and capacity building to support private sector, export-led development in developing countries and emerging markets.
She brings a wealth of experience in trade-related capacity building, including trade analysis, export promotion, and market analysis. Other areas of experience include trade policy reform, including tariff reform, regional integration and WTO compliance, as well as special economic zones and other export development programs.
Sheri also brings deep experience as a market researcher, supporting the development of export strategies, marketing strategies and plans, business plans, feasibility studies, and investment strategies, at the national-, regional-, and organization-levels.
