Gabriel Abraham has more than 15 years of experience, including a focus in post-conflict environments and serving as Chief of Party in Kosovo and Deputy Chief of Party in South Sudan.
Gabriel has served as an Advisor to the Vice President and Minister of Cabinet Affairs in South Sudan and has worked in Afghanistan, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Jamaica, Jordan, Iraq, Kenya, Kosovo, Namibia, Russia, Turkey, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.
Gabriel has experience directing large offices with multi-disciplinary teams that address the many facets of institution building in the national government in finance, petroleum, preparation for independence, strategic planning, interministerial cooperation, decentralization, legislative reform, improving communication, and establishing and strengthening new government institutions.
