Neli Baeva has more than 20 years of professional experience in the information technology (IT) domain, including hands-on experience through the software development lifecycle as a developer, systems analyst and designer, systems architect, project manager, and IT consultant.
Neli is experienced in managing projects for Business Information Systems development and implemention, applying different methodologies and using different project management tools, while acting in the capacity of a technical lead in requirements specifications, software design, relational database design, and quality assurance. Since 1995, Neli has worked on 15 donor-funded projects in nine developing countries. She is experienced in Business Processes design, improvement, and/or re-enginering and implementation; Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Human & Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Currently she is specializing in IT Strategy, IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Change Management and Tax Administration Operations. Neli is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
