Elena Polomoshnova is an international development professional with over 15 years of experience in managing complex, multi-million dollar projects funded by international donor organizations. She has designed and delivered leadership development programs for various foreign government agencies. Elena has also developed performance management systems in the areas of Economic Growth and Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD).
She has worked with senior officials within foreign governments on broad change management and organization transformation projects. Elena has worked in many countries, including: Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Liberia, Malawi, the United Kingdom and the United States. Elena has also designed and organized conferences for field project managers in Turkey and Dubai.
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
