Kathleen O’Dell has 14 years of experience in management of and technical advisory services in private sector development, investment attraction, clean technology, green building and energy, and grants management. A seasoned project manager of complex international development engagements, she has managed projects in Abu Dhabi, Jordan, Lesotho, Mongolia, Ukraine, and Vietnam.
She is currently developing a Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) green building curriculum for Deloitte professionals. Kathleen developed a model to increase the penetration of solar water heaters (SWH) through an innovative collaboration among SWH local suppliers, electricity distribution companies, and EDAMA, the renewable energy business association.
Kathleen is a Certified Project Management Professional and Carbon Reduction Manager.
