Deloitte’s WGC methodology supports the necessary paradigm shift towards sustainable coordination by establishing and managing a collaborative governance structure for disparate interagency partners to develop and implement effective, sustainable, and coordinated solutions. Deloitte can help the U.S. Government break down the barriers of interagency collaboration and create synergies by using best practices to cultivate inclusivity, efficiency, innovation, transparency, accountability, and focus.
