Ken Wentzel has more than 35 years of international management consulting and infrastructure advisory experience. His experience encompasses the renewable energy field including hydroelectric plants, wind farms, solar/wind/diesel hybrids, geothermal resources development, and bio-fuel facilities; the electric utility industry; coal, oil and gas sectors; and related environmental fields.
His areas of specialization include institutional framework development, investment incentives, transaction and deal structuring, project development support, project finance and risk mitigation, privatization planning, technology assessments, due diligence reviews, and lenders engineering. In particular, Ken possesses considerable recent experience in financing basic infrastructure projects on a limited recourse and non-recourse project finance basis.
