Patrick McColloch

Director, Discovery, Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP*

Patrick McColloch is a director in Deloitte’s Government Discovery practice and his role is to help lead the practice and is responsible for service delivery to all clients. Mr. McColloch possesses more than 25 years of experience in managing discovery, litigation, and enforcement support solutions. Pat’s team is responsible for ensuring exceptional consulting and delivery services throughout each stage of the discovery management cycle.

Pat has directed automated litigation support services on cases of all sizes, covering a wide variety of subject matter—including environmental and labor workforce disputes, as well as complex contracts litigation.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. His speaking and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) engagements have covered topics such as electronic metadata, eDiscovery, working with structured data and litigation support solutions.
