Ben has 20 years of experience working in more than 25 developing countries in Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, and Asia, focusing on decentralization, municipal finance, capacity building of local government, social infrastructure planning and delivery, legislative strengthening, and citizen participation.
He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service where he teaches a graduate-level course on promoting good governance and strengthening state institutions.
