Adrian Rouse has over 15 years of experience developing cash flow and sensitivity analysis models for electricity systems. Adrian has recently designed and built financial models for use in the development of energy infrastructure projects in several emerging market economies including Kosovo, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Jordan.
Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting LLP, Adrian spent 7 years as a senior financial analyst at an investment bank where he built cash flow and sensitivity analysis models to estimate rate of return and profitability levels for a large number of energy infrastructure projects in emerging markets. Over his career, Adrian has played a lead role in the successful mobilization of over $1 billion into various energy projects and companies.
