Debbie Fletcher is a Principal with Deloitte & Touche LLP and is the Business Risk Service Area Leader for Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Federal Audit and Enterprise Risk Services (AERS) practice. She has also been appointed the Global Public Sector Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) Leader where she will help with global industry and sector strategies.
Debbie has over 25 years of experience with financial and risk management disciplines including strategic planning, business management improvements, governance, risk and compliance management as well as serving clients in the areas of Federal financial accounting, internal controls, and performance monitoring and reporting.
Prior to joining Deloitte’s Federal government practice, Debbie has held various leadership positions including Vice President and Managing Director of Bearing Point’s Law, Resources and Finance sector where she delivered management consulting and technology services to the U.S. Department of Justice, Treasury, Agriculture and Energy. She also provided software systems analysis, program and financial management at a leading global security company and a leading global nuclear technology company.
Debbie is on the Operating Leadership Committee and Advisory Leadership Committee within Deloitte’s Federal practice. She has also been invited to speak at industry events on enterprise risk related issues. Debbie is a member with organizations the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) and FederalERM.com (Federal Enterprise Risk Management).
