Rita Melhem has over 20 years of domestic and international experience in public sector reform as well as practice and project management.
She has led and participated in a wide range of consulting assignments including fiscal policy and administration, financial management, economic analysis, intergovernmental fiscal relations, decentralization, business process improvement, and training/capacity building in many countries including Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Hungary, Jamaica, Kosovo, Montenegro, Puerto Rico, Russia, Serbia and the United States.
She has worked with both local and national governments, with commercial clients, and with various U.S. and international organizations. She also plays a lead role in business development, including leading proposal efforts and negotiating contracts and subcontracts.
Rita is fluent in English and Arabic, and has a basic knowledge of French.
