Jim Reidy is a Director in Deloitte Consulting’s Capital and Real Estate Transformation practice. He is responsible for leading and is involved in a wide range of consulting assignments covering real estate business strategies, asset management solutions, and operational process improvements in both the private and public sectors. Jim’s areas of specialization include business process improvement/change management; real estate asset management strategies and solutions; condition, physical security, and risk assessments; and management technology systems design, selection, and implementation. He is also an experienced program manager, providing leadership to a wide variety of projects requiring the integration of efforts among engineers, architects, environmentalists, systems developers, and functional and technical specialists.
An experienced Management and Technology Consultant focusing on real estate strategies and operations, Jim has over 32 years of experience with Tier I consulting firms. Serving both public and private sector clients, including several Fortune 100 companies and most Cabinet-level Departments of the US government, Jim employs a combination of process re-engineering, performance improvement, leading practices in facilities management and operations, and decision support technology to arrive at solutions that address his clients’ facilities objectives.
Some of Jim’s recent engagements include full life cycle real estate asset management and process re-engineering/organization re-design/performance measurement/technology upgrade projects. He has also led facilities programming and master planning study and an in-depth condition assessment study for a major US government agency training program facility. In addition, he has also served as the Program Manager for a military branch’s world-wide facilities condition assessment and predictive cost modeling program.
