Dr. Robert Voetsch has more than 30 years of experience providing strategic advice and direction to governments and other organizations on implementing sustainable reforms in their various management systems (e.g., civil service reform, community development, fiscal, health, treasury, and program and project management).
He has provided technical assistance in a number of fields, including donor assistance grant management, the development of training course syllabi and academic curricula, public health and income generation, and staff training and development.
He has worked in seven countries across South Asia, East Asia and the Middle East, helping organizations transform and expand their operations and resource bases.
