Meet Vincent Dennis

Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Vincent Dennis supports a range of public sector clients and exercises a central role in delivery of advisory services at the intersection of business model governance, financial management, and technology. He has served some of Deloitte’s most complex engagements involving clients in need of transforming their enterprise through significant and sustainable gains in cost efficiency, operational performance, and decision support. Vincent has served as a senior advisor to Intelligence Community and Federal law enforcement agency executives.

As the leader of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Federal Financial Management practice, he choreographs the development and provision of finance strategy, financial operations, cost management, and integrated performance management services across Deloitte’s market footprint. He extends this client advisory role as a member of the Partnership for Public Service’s Chief Financial Officer Advisory Board.

Vincent entered consulting following successively responsible leadership positions within the Intelligence Community and on Capitol Hill. His most recent Federal service assignment was as Chief Finance Officer of the National Reconnaissance Office in which he led this agency to the Intelligence Community’s first unqualified audit opinion. His national security leadership roles have encompassed financial, program, and operational management with substantive experience in congressional and industrial relationships.

A former senior Central Intelligence Agency officer, Vincent served in operational and staff assignments across the Intelligence Community including tours with the National Security Agency (NSA), the Defense Intelligence Agency, (DIA) and US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) as well as in the offices of the Secretary of Defense and the Director of Central Intelligence. He began his career as a professional staff member in the US House of Representatives.
