Terrance Murdoch has more than 14 years of experience in providing assistance to a number of countries in the design and implementation of fiscal reform programs, including tax policy, tax administration, and customs reform. He has considerable experience in providing specialized technical assistance and institutional support to transition economies and has a demonstrated track record of effectively managing large and multi-faceted reform programs.
During his international assignments, Terrence has worked with a number of overseas governments to help develop modernization programs in the area of fiscal reform, from high-level strategic design through to final implementation of both organizational and operational reforms, including the management and delivery of complementary automated solutions.
