Bill Detamore

Director, Discovery, Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP*

William Detamore is a director in Deloitte's Government Discovery practice, overseeing Automated Litigation Services (ALS) to Federal clients such as DON, DoS, DOJ (EOUSA), DOL, FDIC, and to commercial clients. Mr. Detamore’s career has been dedicated to making litigation more efficient and cost-effective for federal and corporate clients.

Mr. Detamore has led numerous commercial litigation engagements, with an emphasis on contracts, commercial paper and business torts. He has appeared in state and federal courts; successfully argued cases through trial and appeal; participated in mediations and settlement conferences; and negotiated settlements of numerous disputes.

Mr. Detamore was Chief Legal and Financial Officer at IE Discovery, with responsibility for managing all contract administration and compliance obligations. Mr. Detamore led all pricing for ALS services, including the implementation of value-based fees, aligning client and contractor interests. He also created annual forward-rate projections and incurred cost submissions. He created and maintained relationships with Defense Contract Audit Agency auditors, procurement COs, administrative COs, and COTRs.
