DHS FM BPA Contract
This BPA will serve as an umbrella to provide financial services to DHS and its components, offices, directorates, and agencies for recurring requirements in task order level RFQs. The overall objective of this BPA is to improve the performance, quality, timeliness and efficiency of DHS financial programs. The agency‘s financial mission is to safeguard taxpayer funds and ensure to the maximum extent practicable that accounting, budgetary and financial systems and procedures are in full compliance with relevant statutes, laws and regulations.
Deloitte & Touche may provide Accounting, Budgeting and Complementary Financial Management Services as defined by the GSA FABS schedule. All orders placed against this BPA are subject to the terms and conditions of Schedule 520 for Financial and Business Solutions as well as to the terms and conditions of this BPA.
