Adam is a partner in the Forensic & Dispute Services practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS). He is the Northeast Deputy Regional Managing Partner and Leader of the National Deloitte FAS Asset Management Industry Group.
Adam has over 32 years of experience with Deloitte and is a senior practitioner in our Asset Management and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications industry practices. His main area of focus is assisting clients in addressing complex accounting, financial and internal control issues and controversies arising from Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Justice investigations, and from disputes originating from sources ranging from Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions to business dissolutions.
Adam has spoken extensively on topics involving Anti-Fraud Programs and Controls, asset management, high technology, software and contract accounting, SEC practice, tax accounting and defense contracting in presentations sponsored by Deloitte, the New York State Society of CPAs, and several professional organizations and universities.
