Meet Adam Schneider
Chief Advisor, Deloitte Center for Financial Services
Adam Schneider is a principal in our Financial Services consulting practice and serves as the Chief Advisor of the Deloitte Center for Financial Services. He serves as the Chief Advisor of the Deloitte Center for Financial Services. Headquartered in New York City, the Center provides insight and research to help improve the business performance of global financial institutions. Adam is also Deloitte’s Regional lead for Banking and Securities, responsible for organizing our professional services to a portfolio of major financial institution clients in the Northeast.
Adam has worked extensively in financial services, managing Deloitte’s Securities Industry consulting practice from 1995-2001, and the Investment Industry practice from 2001-2007. Adam assists clients in major business transformations including product strategy, M&A, finance, technology implementation, operations improvement, and cost reduction. He led many of our efforts in the Credit Crisis and managed Deloitte’s Credit Crisis Task Force from 2008-2009. He is a firm knowledge resource in many areas including capital markets, investment banking, investment management, home lending, retail banking, and transaction processing.
Adam is active professionally. He has authored numerous publications, contributed chapters to industry reference books, and is asked to speak regularly at major business schools and industry conferences. Adam holds an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
