Dealing with uncertainty has been and always will be one of the daily responsibilities for any hedge fund leader. As some issues go away, others crop up to take their place. The difference now is that the audience watching the industry’s response to challenges and unknowns is bigger, and includes global regulators, institutional investors, and competitors.
Our Symposium participants may not have a magic formula for dealing with all these new challenges, but they did agree that this is an exciting time to be in the industry.
