Ms. Brosterman is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Financial Services Industry practice. Randi has over 25 years of experience working within financial institutions in the areas of investment management, securities and brokerage, banking, insurance, and credit rating agencies. Ms. Brosterman’s area of focus is helping clients to achieve Service Operations Excellence. Her experience includes: reengineering, operations transformation, business process redesign, vendor evaluation, investment management operations and system implementations, strategic cost management and outsourcing.
Ms. Brosterman leads Deloitte Consulting’s Risk Management initiative for our Securities and Investment Management Industry Sector practice. Randi has worked extensively with clients helping to “operationalize” risk management and compliance, focused on integrating risk mitigation and compliance requirements into client organizations’ business processes. Risk and compliance areas in which Randi has extensive experience include: personal securities trading and anti-money laundering.
Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, Ms. Brosterman was an Assistant Vice President with Citigroup. Her work there included the development and implementation of fixed income securities processing systems.
Ms. Brosterman holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing, and a B.S. in Economics, both from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
