Frank Sui is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he leads the financial services innovation and growth offering and co-leads the small business banking practice. In helping clients achieve annual cost productivity gains, Frank’s key focus areas include defining new growth segments, developing differentiating value propositions and tailoring key elements of the business system to the target segments.
Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, Frank developed counseling relationships with senior executives at investment banks/retail brokerages, money center and super-regional banks, and insurance companies.
He graduated from Harvard Business School with an Master of Business Administration degree and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University, where he graduated first in his chemical engineering class.
