Andrew Liakopoulos, Principal in the Human Capital Practice of Deloitte Consulting, brings more than 20 years of experience to the organization. Andrew currently leads Deloitte Consulting’s US Talent Strategies practice.
Andrew’s experiences in human capital include talent management (including talent strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, succession management, leadership development, employee engagement & retention), organization strategy, change management, human resource transformation and learning development. Andrew’s consulting engagements include a variety of projects such as workforce transformation, mergers and acquisitions, process outsourcing/off-shoring, organization restructuring, and corporate culture transformation.
Andrew has lectured on various human capital related topics for Universities, as well as at several industry seminars. Andrew has been interviewed by and appeared in several industry publications including: The Economist, Human Resource Executive Magazine, Insurance Networking, National Underwriter, Benefits & Compensation International, American Agent &Broker, and Reactions Magazine. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Illinois with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and sits on the Board of Directors for the American Institutes for Research.
