He also leads Deloitte’s multi-year Manufacturing Competitiveness research initiative and is frequently invited by companies, trade groups, research centers, and other organizations to present perspectives on 21st century manufacturing.

Todd Baker is the U.S. Tax Automotive leader of Deloitte Tax LLP. In addition to this role, he also leads strategic tax planning initiatives and tax compliance engagements for clients in the  automotive sector. Todd has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of tax research and planning, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international tax, and complex tax accounting matters.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate sector and private professional settings. Bruce Brown, principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, is the U.S. Automotive and Off-Highway Consulting Practice Leader. He has assisted clients with successful M&A transactions involving sales to private equity investors, financial & operational restructurings, initial public offerings, and sales to strategic buyers. During his over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, he has developed functional depth in the areas of finance, IT, product engineering, aftermarket, purchasing, and manufacturing.

Chuck Ciuni, partner at Deloitte LLP, is the leader of Deloitte’s U.S. Automotive Supplier practice. In this role, Chuck is responsible for Deloitte’s revenue, relationships and brand within the automotive supply base. He oversees long-term growth strategies and creates tactical plans to uncover and close a range of revenue projects for the automotive supplier practice. Chuck also serves as Lead Client Service Partner or the Advisory Partner for many automotive supplier companies.
