Currently serving as the U.S. Tax Automotive practice leader, Todd began his public accounting experience at Deloitte in 1988, providing a wide variety of tax services to clients. His client base ranges from publicly held, global corporations to private growth companies. Todd serves clients mainly in the automotive, manufacturing and financial services industries.
Todd is experienced in a broad range of corporate taxation issues, including mergers and acquisitions, tax consulting, research, compliance, Financial Accounting Standards Board 109 matters, cross-border transactions and tax incentives. He has served many global clients on critical tax matters.
Todd is a certified public accountant and has a master of science degree in taxation from DePaul University and a bachelor of business administration degree from Western Michigan University.
