Jim Harms leads the midwest Manufacturing Consulting practice. He began his career in 1976 and has extensive executive and consulting experience in the automotive and heavy equipment industries with primary experience in the supply chain, service parts and manufacturing operations across industries and geographies. Jim is a member of the leadership team that mentors the ongoing development of Low Cost Country and China-based Supply Chain services. As such, he focuses globally on strategic procurement, supplier relationships, order fulfillment, distribution and logistics for service and repair parts.
Jim is a legacy member of the Uniform Code Council and European Article Numbering (EAN) International and received his Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.
