Diane DeFrancis, partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP, is the U.S. Audit and Enterprise Risk Services leader for the U.S. Automotive practice.
Diane has been in the audit profession since 1989 and has specialized in the automotive industry. The majority of her clients are large global organizations with significant international operations. She also serves as lead client service partner for one of our most significant automotive clients.
Diane has extensive technical knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as well as Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements.
Diane holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Wayne State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves as the treasurer and is a member of the Board of Directors for Boys Hope Girls Hope, a local charity in Detroit.
