Dan has extensive experience with regional aircraft, military aircraft, commercial and military helicopters, propulsion systems, defense electronics, and avionics. Ellen MacNeil is the U.S. Tax Aerospace & Defense (A&D) leader for Deloitte Tax LLP. In this role, she utilizes her 25 years of experience in tax consulting to provide clients in the Consumer & Industrial Products industry with strategic guidance. Ellen is a member of the Board of Directors of the Tax Council, and has served as chair of the ABA Taxation Section's Tax Accounting Committee and chair of the AICPA's Tax Accounting Committee. She has chaired the ABA Taxation Section’s Committee on Government Submissions, and has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of the AICPA's Tax Division. Ellen received a J.D., cum laude from George Washington University Law School and a B.S. with High Honors in accounting and finance from Drexel University.
