Lindsey Kotrba Lindsey Kotrba is Director of R & D at Denison Consulting, an organization dedicated to helping organizations by improving their corporate culture and leadership. As the Director of R&D, Lindsey works to maintain Denison’s strong research focus by preparing academic and practitioner publications on the topics of organizational culture and leadership, presenting at national and international conferences such as the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management, and working directly with clients to conduct custom research related to their change and improvement efforts. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.
Molly Anderson Molly Anderson is Director of Talent, Deloitte Services LP, and co-author of the best-seller The Corporate Lattice: Achieving High Performance in the Changing World of Work (Harvard Business Review Press, 2010). Molly led the implementation of Mass Career Customization® across Deloitte’s 45,000-person organization, significantly increasing career-life satisfaction, retention and engagement. Previously, she directed the national operations of Deloitte’s highly regarded women’s initiative. Molly has extensive management consulting experience implementing transformational change, and is an authority on organizational effectiveness, human resources strategy, and learning and development. Molly earned her M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard University..
Maria Gatto Maria Gatto is Director of Palliative Care for Trinity Health, the fifth-largest Catholic health care system in the country. She is a recognized specialist in integrative advanced practice of palliative and holistic care and leads a system-wide program encompassing 20 ministry organizations. Maria, who previously served as Director of Palliative Care at The Bon Secours Health System, has more than 25 years of health care experience and has developed and implemented services on clinical, administrative and corporate healthcare system levels. She is a triple master’s prepared advanced practice registered nurse, an advanced certified hospice and palliative nurse, and holds board certification as a nurse practitioner in both palliative and holistic care — all from New York University.
