ON Talent

ON Talent brought together a select and diverse group of business executives and thought-leaders to explore fundamental questions regarding talent, the global workforce and world of work, transformed by technology, social media, and global connectedness. The roundtable is designed to create a unique environment providing the participants the individual and collective opportunity to reflect on and discuss how talent priorities – might and -- need to change given the shifting world around us.

The roundtable started in the early afternoon on Monday, June 11 and adjourned mid-afternoon on Tuesday, June 12 in the quiet, relaxed setting of the Deloitte University campus just outside of Dallas, Texas. We invite you to follow the participants in the ONTalent Twitter List or search the hash tag #ONTalent to see the conversations that took place during the event.
