On May 11, Deloitte U.S. CEO Joe Echevarria spoke to 400 graduating students at the University of Miami’s School of Business Administration commencement ceremony. In his remarks, Echevarria, an alumnus of the school, stressed the importance of finishing what you start and doing everything with passion and a positive attitude.
