In March, Deloitte convened a two-day event at Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas to explore inclusion in the 21st century workplace given the needs and expectations of today’s workforce. This event, which served as the grand opening for the Deloitte University Leadership Center for Inclusion(DULC4I), engaged our people, our clients, and the foremost thought-leaders to tackle topics around attracting, retaining, and advancing premium talent in today’s competitive marketplace and featured thought leaders from organizations such as Catalyst, the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, the Families and Work Institute, the Center for Talent Innovation, and Sally Ride Science.
