Deloitte University Leadership Center for Inclusion Launch Report
Advancing the conversation
From March 4-5, 2013, a group of more than 250 Deloitte professionals and clients from a wide range of industries and sectors, talent practitioners and other thought leaders came together at Deloitte University for the launch of the Leadership Center for Inclusion. In the course of the two days, presenters and participants approached the topic of inclusion in a number of different ways via 15 different breakout sessions. The wide-ranging discussions coalesced around a number of major themes, but four in particular stood out as especially promising areas for further development: leadership, trust, potential and innovation.
